We are looking for a Pest Control Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for inspecting accounts, addressing conditions at the account, educating the customer, solving problems, and applying integrated pest management products to solve the problem. This is a great opportunity to join an established company in Marshfield since 2006.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and premises for signs of pests and their entry points.
• Identify the type and source of infestations.
• Develop and implement pest control plans to eliminate and prevent pests.
• Apply pesticides, herbicides, and other pest control chemicals to infested areas.
• Install and monitor traps, baits, and other pest control devices.
• Educate customers on pest prevention techniques and practices.
• Respond to emergency pest control requests and resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of pest control activities and treatment results.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pest control certification is a plus!
• Knowledge of pest behavior, biology, and control methods.
• Experience in the pest control industry is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform tasks in tight spaces.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings, as required.
