A healthcare facility in Boston, MA, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with medical-surgical and telemetry expertise for an important contract opportunity. This role focuses on providing patient care in a stepdown intermediate medical-surgical/telemetry unit within a critical care setting.
Responsibilities include close monitoring and assessment of patients in the medical-surgical stepdown unit, administering medications, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. The schedule involves day and night rotations every other week, with a preferred start date in early January.
Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license with medical-surgical (MS) and telemetry experience
- Ability to manage complex patient needs in a stepdown or intermediate care environment
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and collaboration with healthcare team members
