Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A licensed Massachusetts School Psychologist is needed to support high school students in a contract position through the current school year. This full-time role provides an opportunity to apply your expertise in a school setting, helping to assess and support the social, emotional, and educational needs of students.
Location: Holyoke, MA (High School setting)Duration: Contract through June 25, 2026Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and intervention services aimed at improving student well-being and academic performance.
- Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and school policies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making to support student success.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts School Psychologist license is required. (Please provide a screenshot of your license with your application.)
- Experience working within a school setting, preferably at the high school level.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Reliable transportation available.
