Compensation & Benefits:

\n

    \n
  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • \n

  • Performance Bonus: Project Managers are eligible for a performance-based annual bonus with no maximum cap. Approximately 25% of base salary.
  • \n

  • Some regional travel with minimal overnight stays (roughly 7 x per year)

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

\n

    \n
  • Manage 3–4 active construction projects at a time
  • \n

  • Lead projects from planning through closeout
  • \n

  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • \n

  • Run project meetings and maintain timelines
  • \n

  • Visit job sites weekly/biweekly across the Northeast region
  • \n

What We’re Looking For:

\n

    \n
  • 3–7+ years of Project Management experience
  • \n

  • Background in heavy civil, wastewater, renewable energy, excavation, utilities, or related construction
  • \n

  • Experience managing $2M+ projects from start to finish
  • \n

  • Ability to read blueprints and understand survey/layout work
  • \n

  • Strong communication and problem-solving mindset
  • \n

  • PMP Certification is a plus
  • \n

  • Experience with Procore or Oracle P6
  • \n

  • Grit, urgency, and a solutions-first attitude
  • \n
