About the Role The Senior Replenishment Specialist will report to the Senior Replenishment Manager as a member of the Procurement team, and be responsible for the replenishment of meat and dry good products. This role will be focused on overseeing the replenishment of inventory at our distribution centers.
You will be highly collaborative, working with others on the Revenue Operations, Fulfillment, and Operations teams, along with our suppliers. You have a strong attention to detail, are collaborative, highly analytical, and are excited about the opportunity to create and improve replenishment processes.
The ideal candidate for this role will work from our Watertown, MA office 2 days a week. Responsibilities•Oversee meat & all dry goods Purchase Orders to fulfillment centers and manage weekly inventory levels •Work cross functionally with Revenue Operations, Fulfillment, and others to optimize inventory levels and supply chain flow •Manage the day-to-day vendor relationships, holding vendors accountable on fill rates, lead-times, and on-time deliveries •Take responsibility for replenishment, ordering and maintaining appropriate inventory levels for all distribution locations •Possess a full understanding of vendor constrained inventory, and collaborate with Revenue Operations to mitigate impact •Work closely with Procurement to understand raw material availability and production, product planning, and demand forecasting •Monitor and analyze inventory and replenish products based on ordering standards, trends, and Procurement team forecasts •Maintain master SKU file and lead creation & maintenance of SKUs •Ensure purchase order pricing and freight charges are approved and correct •Onboard new products and new vendors •Monitor spoilage and SKU rotation with Distribution Centers to ensure product integrity to customers •Ensure orders are timely and accurate •Support Procurement by tracking & analyzing inventory changes at the fulfillment center level •Help maintain demand planning and inventory monitoring tools on a supplier and fulfillment center level•Create and leverage data tools to guide replenishment decisions •Anticipate and actively resolve day-to-day procurement issues •Continually look for and suggest opportunities for process improvement Requirements•Excellent vendor management skills •Strong communication •Extremely detail oriented, especially with numbers •Proficiency in Excel; strong data analysis skills; Power BI is a plus •Netsuite experience is a plus•Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow, suggest changes, and challenge the status quo •Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environmentWhat We OfferOur Values We are a mission-driven company and strive to embody our values in every step of the process.
