What We Offer

•Excellent compensation: $100–$130 per 75-minute session

•Flexible scheduling: Hybrid (remote + in-person) with autonomy over your hours

About Us

NCCT is a forward-thinking center specializing in couples therapy. We integrate leading state-dependent models rooted in connection, emotional regulation, and the science of relationships. Our services include weekly 75-minute sessions, private intensives, workshops, and classes—offered online and in person. We value depth, cultural humility, and ongoing growth.

What We’re Looking For

•MA-level licensed clinician (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)

•Experience with couples or family systems (preferred)

•Minimum 18 hours/week with some evening or weekend availability

•Commitment to weekly supervision and consultation

•Strong dedication to learning, collaboration, and cultural competence

•Comfort with online platforms (Zoom, EHR, Google Workspace, Slack)
