Job Title - Veeva CRM Engineer
**Please note- this role is not able to offer Visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future**
In this role, you will:
- · Present weekly status reports to the manager and PMO.
- · Test email test blast requests from agencies.
- · Handle reports creation and modification requests from business groups (MSLs ABMs PMEs RMEs FAM Field Ops. etc.).
- · Manage minor configuration requests including field label changes and new fields inclusion.
- · Implement medium-sized change requests such as event approval process changes and modifications to existing field LoVs.
- · Analyze process workflows for events calls and new process introductions for specific business groups.
- · Keep SharePoint documents up to date for Project-Vault tickets user manuals testing documentation etc.
- · Conduct thorough testing of events testing process including exhibits & sponsorships speaker programs patient programs etc.
- · Test email blast requests from agencies with assistance from to convert ET/EF codes into approved document names.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Boston, MA. What you need to have to be considered
- · Proven experience as a Veeva CRM Administrator or similar role.
- · Strong understanding of Veeva CRM system and its functions such as Events Sponsorships Workflows Account Planning Suggestions Medical Insights etc.
- · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- · Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- · Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- · Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until February 25th, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $66,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
