Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to help them regain function and mobility
- Develop and update personalized treatment and discharge plans of care
- Document patient services accurately and promptly
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in line with practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize outcomes
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- A graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active state PT license, or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication and documentation skills with a patient-first mindset
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
- Patient documentation and record keeping
- Supervision and delegation of rehab staff
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
- Knowledge of safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
