- Cloud: AWS (primary — rehosting target platform), Azure (foundational knowledge)
- Testing Types: Functional, Regression, Smoke, Black Box, White Box testing
- Test Management & Tracking: JIRA or similar defect/tracking tools
- Productivity & Project Tools: MS Office suite, MS Project, MS Teams
- QA Methodologies: Test plan development, test case design, test case summary reporting, defect triage, root cause analysis, GAP analysis
