Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for a home health setting, with NH license required if applicable.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Home health environment providing care to patients in their residences
- Typical caseload involves six patient visits per day
- 5x8 day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Occasional weekend shifts may be required
- No call or float requirements
- Uses Epic for documentation; experience required
- Ten hours of unit orientation provided
- Position is open to first-time travelers
- General responsibilities include providing comprehensive physical therapy services in patient homes and documentation of care
- Scrubs of any color are permitted
- A mandatory drug screen must be completed within 14 days prior to start date
- Must complete all pre-employment onboarding as required

- Current NH state PT license required; candidates with pending NH license may be considered if able to obtain by start date
- Minimum 2 years of recent home health physical therapy experience required
- Experience with Epic EMR required
- Only AHA and Red Cross certifications accepted
- Professional references are required; may be able to start with a second reference pending
- Travelers who have ever been employed by a SolutionHealth facility are not eligible
- Travelers within 50 miles of the facility are accepted at a local rate
- License required if applicable
