Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate individual patients' histories and current mental health needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery and building resilience.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group therapy sessions.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy to empower clients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping strategies.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each patient’s well-being.
- Respond to trauma-related crises with timely and effective interventions to support patients in acute distress.
- Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and available coping resources, enhancing their understanding of mental health challenges.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care.
- Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development workshops centered on trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
