Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to enhance patient care through effective pharmacy management.
• Ensure accurate medication dispensing, inventory control, and documentation practices.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts pharmacist license is required.
• Demonstrated experience in hospital pharmacy management, with a focus on inpatient services.
• Previous experience working with this staffing agency preferred; individuals with strong references will also be considered.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and operational flow effectively.
