Key Qualifications and Experience:

Current Occupational Therapy license issued by the state of New Hampshire
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Prior experience in school-based OT preferred, with a solid understanding of student development
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working alongside educators, staff, and families

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough student assessments, evaluating physical development and self-regulation to determine needs and establish supportive strategies
Develop and implement customized treatment plans targeting individual student objectives and optimal school placement
Identify and address environmental challenges, making recommendations to promote a fully accessible, inclusive learning space
Consult with teachers and staff to ensure integration of occupational therapy strategies in daily routines
Document progress and adapt interventions as needed to maximize student achievement
