Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and collaboratively create and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the needs of your clients.
- Maintain a caseload with a minimum of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, ensuring a steady and productive flow of therapy sessions.
- Engage in creative therapeutic interventions that help clients achieve and surpass their personal and clinical goals.
- Prepare and submit detailed documentation of each therapy session including treatment plans, clinical case notes, and progress updates, in accordance with company policy.
- Coordinate effectively with case managers, families, and other professionals to provide holistic and integrated care for clients.
- Actively participate in clinical meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development and team cohesion.
- Contribute actively to cultivating a positive team culture that prioritizes mental health advocacy and innovative problem-solving.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will tailor their therapeutic approach to cater to individuals with various mental health needs, ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and empowered.
Qualifications\n

- A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
- A current LMFT license to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
- Proven experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to foster effective client interactions and collaborations with team members.
- Exceptional organizational skills to ensure timely submission of documentation and compliance with clinical protocols.
- Experience in establishing and modeling appropriate boundaries with clients, fostering a professional and safe therapeutic relationship.
- A comfort level working with clients from diverse backgrounds and situations, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; familiarity with Valant is a plus.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check as part of the hiring process.

Preferred Experience\n
