Location: Burlington, MA
Schedule: Part-time, primarily afternoon/evening
Typical hours: Approximately 3:00 PM–6:00 PM

We are hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists for afternoon and evening cases in Suffolk County, MASchedules vary by case and may include weekday afternoon/evening hours, as well as some weekend opportunities.Please include your preferred location and availability when applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA/behavioral support to clients

• Follow individualized treatment plans and clinical guidance

• Implement activities and interventions as directed

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills

• Complete required session documentation

• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment

Qualifications

• Reliable and consistent

• Patient, compassionate, and energetic

• Comfortable working directly with children and/or individuals with developmental needs

• Able to follow treatment plans and clinical direction

• ABA, RBT, behavioral health, special education, childcare, or related experience is a plus
