Additional Details about the position
- Assessing patient therapy for appropriateness, incorporating age specific modifications, and clinical interventions to prevent adverse drug events.
- They will also conduct clinical research and other professional development programs.
- Provides oversight and participates in maintaining and storing adequate inventory of all medication required for the practice.
- Develop and update department and nursing policies.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5+years extensive acute care clinical experience [required]
- Doctoral of Pharmacy (Pharm D) [required]
- Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in Oncology is [STRONGLY preferred].
- Board Certification Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) Certification is required is [STRONGLY preferred]
- Retail experience [required]
- Specialty Pharmacy medication management
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- BLS (AHA)

- Massachusetts
