Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

The assignment runs from July 6th to August 6th, with a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, totaling 20 hours per week. You'll be working within an engaging summer school program, providing services at both a high school and a local college campus in the Quincy, MA area.
Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with a background in school-based OT, home health, and healthcare settings
- Demonstrated experience supporting children or adolescents in school programs
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, especially in multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Knowledge of IEP process and documentation requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services in small group and individual sessions
- Evaluate students’ functional abilities and document progress
- Participate in collaborative meetings with educators, staff, and families
- Maintain thorough records and assist with program planning as needed
- Adapt activities to enhance participation and engagement for students of varying ability levels
