Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time position is available for a Special Education Teacher to support high school students in a structured academic setting. This contract role runs from February 9th through June 15th, offering a consistent 35-hour workweek within a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to students' unique needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure inclusive learning
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with families and staff
- Manage a high school caseload, addressing diverse learning challenges and fostering student growth
