Responsibilities
- Lead daily salon operations
- Cut hair alongside your team and lead by example
- Coach, train, and develop stylists

- Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and brand standards
Qualifications
- Valid NH Cosmetology or Barber License
- Leadership experience or interest in management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
