Position Summary
The Family Medicine RN delivers comprehensive nursing care in an outpatient clinical environment. Key responsibilities include assessment, planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of patient care utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking. This role requires proficiency in telephone and office-based triage across all age groups, with a mandatory focus on pediatric patients.
Submission Requirements (Required Unless Noted)
- Triage Experience: 3+ years of current, combined office and telephone triage experience – Required
- Primary Care/Ambulatory Experience: Current experience required – Required
- Pediatric Experience: Non-negotiable – Required
- Age Population: Experience with patients of all ages – Required
- Clinical Office Experience: Required
- EMR Proficiency: EPIC – Required
- Transportation: Traveler must have their own vehicle – Required
Certificate & Licenses:
- BLS- AHA
- New Hampshire or Compact State nurses license
