Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Behavior Specialist position is available in a K-12 school setting focused on supporting students in an ASD program. This contract role runs from ASAP through June 18, 2025, and offers 32.5 hours per week onsite in Framingham, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students on the autism spectrum and managing behavior interventions in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based behavior plans to support students with ASD.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to meet individual student needs.
  • Monitor and document behavioral progress regularly.
  • Provide direct one-on-one or small group support to students.
  • Maintain compliance with all licensing and school policies.

Qualifications:

  • Active Behavior Specialist certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license in Massachusetts.
  • Demonstrated experience in school-based settings, preferably with K-12 students on the autism spectrum.
  • Knowledge of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies.
  • Must complete CORI and fingerprint background checks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
