SHIFTS THURSDAYS 2-730 AND SATURDAYS 2-6

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general communication efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating client information using computer literacy skills.
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions promptly and courteously, ensuring client satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing systems, and clerical procedures.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
