We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment. In this role, you will support daily pool operations, assist guests with questions, and help ensure facilities are properly maintained and ready for use. The ideal candidate is attentive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pool area activity and help promote a safe environment for all guests
- Set up, clean, and maintain pool furniture, equipment, and surrounding areas
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including removing debris and checking supply levels
- Provide courteous assistance to guests and answer basic questions about pool rules and amenities
- Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, or unusual activity to appropriate personnel
- Support enforcement of pool policies and facility guidelines in a professional manner
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Help ensure towels, supplies, and other guest amenities are organized and replenished
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, customer service, or custodial support is helpful
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain attentive and proactive in a busy environment
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Basic knowledge of pool safety and maintenance practices is a plus
