Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) opportunity is available in an elementary school setting in Pittsfield, MA, focusing on supporting students in kindergarten through 3rd grade with moderate to severe needs. This contract position offers a chance to work closely with young learners requiring behavioral support, assisting in the implementation of individualized plans under appropriate supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions and support for K-3 students with moderate to severe needs.
  • Collaborate with supervising Behavior Specialists to design and execute behavior plans.
  • Collect and document data on student progress and behavior consistently.
  • Adjust interventions based on feedback and observed outcomes to improve student performance.
  • Communicate effectively with educators, families, and team members to support student development.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
  • Experience working with children demonstrating moderate to severe behavioral challenges, preferably in an elementary school setting.
  • Ability to work full-time hours in a supportive, educational environment.
  • Comfortable receiving supervision either onsite or through virtual means.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
