Responsibilities:

\n

• Responsible for a broad scope of operational support and Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests supporting IT infrastructure in office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.

\n

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.

\n

• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

\n

• Produce timely and detailed service reports.

\n

• Document processes and procedures.

\n

• Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance.

\n

• Tie workflow to schedules and operational requirements.

\n

• Accurately document solutions related to complex issues.

\n

• Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensure issues are resolved.

\n

• Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.

\n

• Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

\n

• Ability to use a ladder as required for equipment installation and support activities.

\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.

\n

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

\n

• Ability to work in office, airport, and operational environments.

\n

• Experience supporting IT infrastructure and end-user devices preferred.

\n
