Construction Professional / Laborer / Carpenter

Part Time / Full-Time
Pay: $20-$35/hour, based on experience

We are a design-build general contracting company seeking a motivated individual to join our team. Our company works on all phases of residential construction, from early planning and layout through final finishes. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience across a wide range of construction work and wants to grow with a company that completes projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with all phases of residential construction and remodeling
• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, siding, trim, and finish work
• Handle materials, tools, and job site setup/cleanup
• Work from basic plans, drawings, and direction from project leadership
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work site
• Coordinate with team members and subcontractors as needed

Qualifications:

• Construction or carpentry experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical job site work
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Residential remodeling experience

Preferred but not required:

• Finish carpentry experience
• Ability to read plans or drawings
• Experience working in a design-build environment
