Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity near Jaffrey, NH, supporting students as a speech-language pathologist during the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role centers on a vibrant preK-8th grade campus, serving a caseload of approximately 45 students. From conducting thorough assessments to providing direct therapy, you’ll play a key role in fostering meaningful progress and communication skills for young learners.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligibility for SLP licensure in New Hampshire
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly within a school setting
- Strong understanding of IEP process, case management, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to preK-8th grade students in a single school building
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, re-evaluations, and diagnostics as needed
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student engagement and progress
- Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress notes, and data collection for each student
- Participate in student support meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for effective interventions
