Cambria Hotel Boston–Somerville | Somerville, MA
We’re looking for a hands‑on, people‑first General Manager to lead the Cambria Hotel Boston–Somerville. This role is all about creating great guest experiences, building a strong team culture, and running a successful, well‑performing hotel.
What You’ll Do
- Leading the day‑to‑day operations of a busy, modern lifestyle hotel
- Owning the hotel’s financial performance, including budgets and expenses
- Building, coaching, and motivating a strong leadership team
- Making guests feel welcome and turning great stays into repeat visits
- Partnering with ownership, Choice Hotels, and the local community
- Working closely with Sales to drive revenue and grow the business
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of senior hotel leadership experience
- Strong operational and financial know-how
- A visible, hands-on leader who enjoys participating in the operation
- Great communication and relationship‑building skills
- Experience with Choice Hotels or similar brands a plus
