Centre Realty Group is seeking motivated real estate sales agents to join our growing residential sales team across multiple locations. This role is ideal for agents who want to build a long-term career while helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Agents at Centre Realty Group work with a steady flow of client opportunities supported by proven systems, marketing tools, and administrative support designed to help agents stay focused on production. Our platform allows sales agents to spend more time advising clients and closing transactions, and less time managing back-office tasks.
We provide ongoing education through weekly workshops and training sessions, including programs inspired by Brian Buffini, along with hands-on coaching to support agent growth at every stage. Compensation:
$85,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Qualifications:
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Technology driven
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
