Brockton, MA | Up to $35/hr BOE | Direct Hire Opportunity

RemX is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician for a direct hire role with a leading manufacturer of rotary screw air compressor systems. Based in Brockton, MA, this full-time position is perfect for a mechanically skilled professional ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Do:

• Service and repair air compressors, dryers, filters, and related equipment

• Diagnose issues using electrical schematics and machine fault codes

• Perform start-ups, installations, and technical service at customer sites

• Complete service evaluations and recommendations with detailed documentation

• Use service software for communication and scheduling

• Support the growth of sales and service operations

• Maintain and manage a company vehicle

• Follow all relevant safety standards and regulations

What You Bring:

• Experience with rotary screw compressors, dryers, and field service

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• Experience using Microsoft Office and service platforms

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• 2–3 years in a service-based technical role preferred

Job Details:

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday

• Occasional evening, weekend, or overnight travel may be required

• Direct hire with a stable, growing company
