Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in crisis intervention by formulating pre-crisis and crisis plans, risk assessments, and positive behavior support plans.

• Complete all necessary clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools to identify treatment needs and monitor client progress effectively.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes and reinforce positive behavior strategies.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain high standards of care.

• Communicate effectively with state agencies, community partners, and other service providers to coordinate care and resources.

• Foster relationships with external organizations and potential funding sources to promote programs and services.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through conferences, training opportunities, and representation of the agency within the community.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals seeking support for mental health issues, substance use recoveries, to those facing challenges related to developmental disabilities and brain injuries. The variety of cases you encounter will enable you to employ a wide range of therapeutic techniques, enhancing both your skill set and the treatment effectiveness for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license is mandatory.

\n

• Proven experience in behavioral assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning is preferred.
