Job Description

Alliance Health at Baldwinville is a 94-bed LTC/skilled nursing facility. We are currently seeking Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality resident care and support our nursing team as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with activities of daily living
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Support nursing staff with routine care tasks
Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment

Qualifications

Current Massachusetts CNA certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Long-term care experience preferred
Availability for varied shifts, including weekends and some holidays
