A K-12 educational setting in Amherst, MA, is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide contract services for the current school year. This role involves delivering specialized physical therapy support to a small caseload of students, ensuring their developmental and educational needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services tailored to individual student needs within the school environment.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to create and implement personalized therapy plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and municate regularly with families and school personnel.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss student goals and adapt interventions accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience working in school settings.
• fort working with a caseload of 7-8 students, focusing on pediatric populations.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and families.
• Ability to manage time efficiently during the school day hours.

Position Details:

• Contract role for the current school year duration.
• Hours: 30-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• School hours: 7:45 AM to 3:20 PM.
• Location: Amherst, MA.
