Lutheran Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Nurse Supervisor who enjoys leading and supporting others, being a trusted clinical resource, and ensuring residents receive exceptional, compassionate care.

What you’ll do:
- Provide clinical leadership and nursing oversight on weekends
- Support, guide, and serve as a resource to nursing staff
- Monitor resident care and respond to changing clinical needs
- Assist with clinical decisions and resident or family concerns
- Promote accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support infection prevention, safety, and quality standards
- Provide direct nursing care when needed
- Help create a positive, collaborative environment for residents and staff
What we’re looking for:
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
- Skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric experience preferred
