Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time
Location: The Elms Center, Milford, NH
Salary:
Up to $57 per hour, based on shift and experience and employment type
Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem
Registered Nurse (RN) Open Shifts;

Evening Shift 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M Monday - Friday, with On Call once a week and every 5th weekend

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document resident progress and condition changes

Support residents with daily living needs and emotional care

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent outcomes

Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire

Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
-
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
-
Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required
