Planet Honda is searching for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our growing team. Motivated Parts Advisors will make $50,000+ annually.
In this role, you will:
- Assist customers by expertly identifying and locating genuine Honda parts and accessories.
- Utilize our parts inventory system to efficiently process orders and ensure accurate part availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and exceeding expectations.
- Build strong relationships with service technicians and other departments, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department, ensuring efficient workflow and part accessibility.
To be a successful candidate, you must:
- Possess a strong understanding of Honda vehicles, parts, and their functionalities.
- Be able to interpret technical information and translate it into clear and understandable communication for customers.
- Have excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and exceeding expectations.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Be proficient in computer skills, including experience with parts inventory software.
