We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team at Berlin Health & Rehabilitation Center in Barre, Vermont.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including serving meals, feeding patients as needed, ambulating, turning, and positioning

Provide personal care, including bathing, hair care, oral care, back care, and elimination care

Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
-
Measure and record vital signs, weight, intake, and output information
-
Perform routine perineal and incontinence care
-
Observe residents and report changes in their general condition to the appropriate nurse or staff member
-
Maintain a clean, neat, and safe resident environment

Complete required documentation accurately and on a daily basis

Demonstrate flexibility when accepting different assignments
Qualifications

Current, unencumbered State of Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license
-
Strong communication skills when working with residents, nurses, and staff

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Strong critical-thinking skills

Ability to handle different situations with tact, professionalism, and compassion
Compensation & Benefits
$20 - $25 per hour, plus shift differentials
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus
