Physical Therapy Assistant LTAC travel assignment in Bedford, New Hampshire. Start date: 11/16/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,711–$1,771 per week. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Shift: 5x8 days, 08:00–16:30. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility providing long-term acute care services in a travel, temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under supervision, following the plan of care developed by the supervising PT.
- Implement and adjust treatments for LTAC patients, including gait training, range of motion, strength, and activities of daily living.
- Monitor patient progress, document responses to treatment, and communicate updates to the PT and interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the patient record and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility policies.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and home exercise programs; promote patient-centered care and empowerment.
- Participate in rounds and care coordination with the nursing, therapy, and rehabilitation teams; assist with equipment maintenance and infection control.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain licensure per state requirements
- LTAC or skilled nursing setting experience preferred
- Availability to start on 11/16/2026 and commit to a 13-week travel assignment
- Ability to work the shift of 08:00–16:30 with guaranteed 35 hours per week
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills for interdisciplinary care
