Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, using standardized assessment tools and methodologies.
- Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, taking into account their preferences, goals, and personal circumstances, to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients manage their symptoms and progress toward their goals.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, fostering a supportive and informed approach to their mental health.
- Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to account for changes in their condition or personal circumstances.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients, promoting holistic treatment strategies.
