Duties & Task

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs

Help patients with mobility, including transferring, repositioning, and ambulation

Take and record vital signs

Assist with feeding and monitor food and fluid intake

Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
