Our work environment supports remote flexibility while maintaining strong connections among team members. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that collaborates seamlessly to provide holistic care. Meetings and group therapies may occur via telehealth, ensuring accessibility for both staff and patients. Although core office hours run from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate patient needs, enhancing your ability to create a balanced work-life schedule.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' unique needs, leading to tailored, personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, with individuals, couples, and families.
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups focused on common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive treatment approach for each patient.
- Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing effective strategies to manage mental health emergencies as they arise.
- Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower their recovery journey.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards through our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your work will primarily involve supporting adults facing a range of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance-related challenges. Qualifications\n

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is mandatory.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Proficient in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective, individualized treatment plans.
- Experience providing both individual and group therapy to a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds is essential.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.
- Sound decision-making abilities and a commitment to professional ethics and boundaries are critical in this role.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications is necessary for efficient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
