Westford House Nursing & Rehab in Westford, MA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN or LPN to hire for the role of 3P-11P Nursing Supervisor.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate nursing staff and patient care in a healthcare setting
- Develop and implement nursing care plans and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Assist with admission and discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions for patients
-This position may require the employee to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in the state of Massachusetts
- Proven experience as a nursing supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
