Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $130,000 - $190,000
- Equivalent earning power to approximately $265,000 in Boston
- Additional shifts available at $100/hour (optional, not required)

Schedule
- Full-Time Position
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- 7 Days On / 7 Days Off

About the Hospital
- 250-Bed Non-Profit Community Hospital
- 20-Bed Critical Care ICU
- Average Census: 10-12 Patients
- Collaborative and Supportive Critical Care Team
- Located in suburban Massachusetts
- Less than one hour from Boston

What You'll Do
As a valued member of our Critical Care team, you will:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
- Participate in daily SICU/CCU multidisciplinary rounds
- Manage critically ill patients throughout their ICU stay
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing
- Write medication and treatment orders
- Perform invasive bedside procedures
- Manage ventilator settings and oxygen therapy
- Administer IV fluids, blood products, and pharmacologic therapies
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Respond to rapid response and code situations
- Participate in resuscitations and emergency interventions
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, intensivists, pulmonologists, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral Degree as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Massachusetts License (or ability to obtain)
- Critical Care or ICU experience preferred
- Strong procedural skills required
Required Procedural Experience
- Arterial Lines (A-Lines)
- Central Venous Catheters
- PICC Line Placement
Preferred Experience
- Intubations
- Chest Tube Placement
- Thoracentesis
- Additional Critical Care Procedures
New graduates with significant ICU, critical care, or procedural experience are encouraged to apply.
