We are hiring a full-time Rehabilitation Director to oversee therapy services within a skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for coordinating clinical operations, supporting staff, and ensuring effective care delivery for residents.
- Oversee daily rehab operations and support therapy staff
- Manage scheduling, caseloads, and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with facility leadership to support resident care
- Monitor outcomes and maintain required documentation
- Active PT or OT license required
- Skilled nursing experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
