We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technican to join our team in Manchester, NH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. If you have a passion for quality assurance we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities

Conduct visual inspections of components and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and document findings accurately.

Verify certificates of compliance

Utilize GD&T principles to interpret and balloon engineering drawings and models

Simple CMM programming
-
Manage tool and gages callibration
-
Engage in Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.

Implement and maintain AS9100 Quality Systems and AS9102 standards.

Mentors/Trains level I quality technician
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma (required)
-
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (required)

Experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment (required)

Proven understanding of GD&T and its application in quality inspection (required)

Knowledge of AS9100 Quality Systems and AS9102 standards (required)

Experience operating/programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), preferably Hexagon brand (preferred)

Must be able to lift 50 pounds (required)

Must have good hand eye coordination and dexterity (required)

Must have sense of sight (not color blind), hearing and touch (required)

US Citizen or Green Card Holder (required)
You should be proficient in:
- GD&T
- Continuous Improvement
- AS9100 Quality Systems
- Coaching and Mentoring Experience
- First Article Inspection (FAI)
- CMM Programming
