Dental Hygienist
Location: Springfield, MA
Compensation: $55-$67/hour plus production incentives

Your Responsibilities as a Dental Hygienist
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to all patients
- Conduct scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride treatments, and other procedures under the supervision of a general dentist
- Deliver same-day care whenever feasible to enhance customer satisfaction
- Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices
- Evaluate dental health and needs, reviewing patients' medical histories
- Guide patients and their families through the entire treatment process
- Assist with dental and periodontal charting as required
- Take and organize x-rays in patient records as necessary
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and organizational standards
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid state Dental Hygienist license
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a practical skills assessment (mandatory upon hiring)
