Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct in-depth, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and establish appropriate treatment plans.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience, and personal growth.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.
- Lead individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for patients to process trauma, adopt coping strategies, and promote healing.
- Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, offering immediate support and stabilizing clients as needed.
- Collaborate closely with fellow professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each patient.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation as per legal and ethical regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality is upheld.
- Participate in case consultations and team meetings to promote a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement in trauma-informed care practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest research, attending workshops and training to enhance your therapeutic skills and treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your expertise will primarily focus on serving individuals who have experienced trauma. The client base will include those dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders, requiring an understanding of their emotional and psychological needs. You will be instrumental in helping these clients navigate their trauma recovery journeys through compassionate care and tailored therapeutic interventions.
Qualifications\n

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- Solid understanding of trauma-related disorders and experience with trauma-informed treatment modalities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage patients effectively while maintaining a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
