We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with home cleaning, prep work, and organization prior to staging or sale. This role includes general cleaning, light organizing, and helping prepare properties to look their best for potential buyers or renters.

Responsibilities:

Perform deep cleaning of homes (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, etc.)

Assist with decluttering, organizing, and removing unwanted items

Clean appliances, cabinets, baseboards, and other detailed areas as needed

Help prepare homes for staging, photography, and walkthroughs

Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment

Follow safety and property care guidelines

Work efficiently within timelines and deadlines
Qualifications:

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for 6-8 hours

Strong attention to detail

Dependability and good time management

Positive attitude and willingness to take direction
This role offers flexible, project-based hours. Work volume may vary week-to-week based on client demand. Ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility or is looking for supplemental income rather than full-time hours.
