Contract: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg/Telemetry travel assignment. The RN will provide age-specific, direct patient care while utilizing the Nursing Process and following department and specialty-specific standards of care.

The RN will also assume leadership responsibilities, including appropriate delegation of duties to other levels of healthcare staff, while maintaining compliance with all applicable state and federal healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.

Requirements

• Active RN license required upon acceptance
• BLS/BCLS – Required
• ACLS – Required
• PALS or ENPC – Required
• De-escalation training required
• All required certifications must be active before the contract start date
• If a required certification is not currently active, a booked course must be provided at the time of Clinical Orientation
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate, and age-appropriate patient care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and delegation skills
