- Location: Beverly, MA 01915 (Greater Boston area)\n
- Healthcare Setting: Obstetrics Delivery Unit\n
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 1/26/2026 – End: 4/25/2026)\n
- Nursing Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:30am), every other weekend rotation\n
- Hours: 36 hours per week, guaranteed 72 hours biweekly\n
- Employment Type: Travel RN Contract\n
- Onboarding: Biweekly orientation for healthcare professionals\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery RN experience (3-5+ years preferred)\n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts\n
- BLS (AHA) certification\n
- NRP certification\n
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification\n
- ACLS certification\n
- EPIC EMR experience required\n
- Flu vaccine required during onboarding (declinations not accepted)\n
- Comfortability in the OR preferred\n
- Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for at least 6 months\n
\n\nLabor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities\n

- Provide prenatal evaluation and intrapartum care for labor and birth\n
- Deliver intraoperative and recovery care for operative deliveries\n
- Support postpartum care and maternal/newborn couplet dyad for well babies\n
- Deliver specialized care for premature and newborns requiring advanced clinical support\n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and care coordination\n
- Participate in every other weekend rotation and maintain scheduling flexibility\n
